The Tool
A 10-minute check for hospitality and event brands. Does the experience you promise online match the one guests walk into?
Your guests decide how they feel about you before they ever arrive. Your website, your photos, your confirmation email. Every one of those makes a promise.
Then they show up. And sometimes it doesn't match.
Most guests won't tell you when that happens. They just don't come back. Or complain online about the experience in real time.
I've been to amazing events with great programming, and all of it got overshadowed by the check-in experience and hired help saying the wrong things to guests. That's when people start to lose confidence in a brand. I've also been to events with a system locked in from top to bottom. People left ready to come back next year, saying it changed their life. The programming wasn't the difference. Everything around it was.

Meet The Founder
Hi I’m Brittani, founder of Studio 113 + the creative mind behind brands that leave a lasting impression — before a guest even walks through the door.
I work with experience-led brands such as SOBWEFF® and CultureCon. It’s fun to work with hospitality, festivals, and entertainment brands to craft branding that does more than look good. It aligns with how their guests feel, from the first click to the final encore.
After years of designing for mission-driven businesses and cultural events, I learned that the real impact happens when strategy meets storytelling. That’s why I built Studio 113 — to help you design a brand experience that people remember, revisit, and rave about.
When I’m not building out guest journeys or designing branded experiences, I’m probably exploring new restaurants, catching a morning hour walk, or daydreaming about the next adventure with my little family who already travelers.
I believe your brand should feel as intentional as the experience you deliver.
