TranslateD
A brand is the feeling someone has about you before they ever arrive. Translated is where I test whether that feeling survives the trip.
I am Brittani Millington, founder of Studio 113. I build brands for hospitality, festivals, and experience-led places, and this is where I work through what I am seeing in the industry.
Some posts are my own read on a brand, auditing whether the digital promise and the in-person experience are telling the same story. Some are conversations with the operators and builders behind places worth paying attention to. Some are from inside my own studio, where the work is less tidy than the case study version.
The question underneath all of it stays the same. Does it translate?

The Haven Retreat was neither. It was a brand that has been in the market for over a decade still asking: what does our guest actually need right now?
